淫羊藿总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺氧的预防作用 被引量:5

Preventive Effect of Total Flavonoid of Epimedium on Myocardical Anoxia in Rat

摘要 目的:观察淫羊藿总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺氧的预防和治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素的方法建立大鼠急性心肌缺氧模型,观察不同浓度淫羊藿总黄嗣对大鼠心电图(ECG)、心肌超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)及血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果:淫羊藿总黄嗣对大鼠Ⅱ导联ECG异常有明显改善作用。其可以明显升高SOD活性,并降低心肌MDA含量、血清CK及LDH水平。结论:淫羊藿总黄酮对异丙肾上腺素诱发的大鼠心肌缺氧具有保护作用。 Objective: To research the prevention and therapeutical effect of total flavonoid of epimedium on myocardical anoxia in rat. Method: The rat with acute myocardial anoxia model was established by Isoprenaline intraperitoneal injection, different concentration of epimedium flanonoid was performed and the following ECG, SOD, MDA, CK and LDH were detected. Result: The total flavonoid of epimedium can ameliorate the ECG waveform of myocardial anoxia in rats, accordingly , the increased SOD activity was found,level of MDA, CK and LDH in serum were decreased. Conclusion: The application of total flavonoid of epimedium can prevention the myocaridal anoxia injury induced by the isoprenaline in rat.
