摘要
目的:建立测定胆炎康胶囊中黄芩苷含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸(28:72)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:黄芩苷在0.22～1.34μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于胆炎康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Danyankang Capsules. Method： Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 eolumn（250mm×4.6mm,5um） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution（28： 72）, the detection wavelength was 280nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of baicalin was 0.22 - 1. 34ug, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.8 % with RSD 1.3 % （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： This method is repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Danyankang Capsules.
