核转录因子κB与角膜新生血管

摘要 核转录因子κB(nuclear transcription factor kappaB,NF-κB)是广泛存在于人体组织和细胞中的多功能转录因子,与炎症反应关系密切。角膜新生血管多是在炎症基础上发生的新生血管生成,研究并揭示NF-κB与角膜新生血管的关系,将为预防和治疗角膜新生血管提供有价值的理论基础。我们对近年来NF-κB与角膜新生血管的研究进展做一综述。 Nuclear transcription factor kappa B（NF-κB） is a multifunctional transcription factor which has a close relationship with the inflammation. Corneal neovasculari-zation is the angiogenesis which mainly based on the inflammation. It is important for us to research and reveal the relationship between NF-κB and corneal neovasculari-zation,and it will provide valuable theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of corneal neovasculari-zation. This review just presents the recent research progress on the relationship between NF-κB and corneal neovascularization.
