摘要
"双师型"教师培养是提高职业院校软件专业教学质量的重要因素,本文分析了传统教师培养模式的弊端,指出产学研合作是培养软件专业"双师型"教师的新模式,对产学研合作中的注意事项进行了说明.
Cultivation of double-master-type teacher is an important factor for improving the teaching quality of software major in higher vocational college.The paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional teachers-training model,and points out that cooperation of producing-teaching-researching is a new training model of double-master-type teacher in software major.The paper also explains the considerations in cooperation of producing-teaching-researching.
