摘要
通过观察实施临床路径管理的白内障人工晶体植入术患者病历,对于偏离路径的情况在变异记录单上记录原因。对发生的医护相关性变异、患者相关性变异、系统相关性变异进行分析。探讨白内障人工晶体植入术后,临床路径管理的变异情况及如何持续改进,为临床路径科学化管理提供依据。
It shows that the causes of the cases deviated from the clinical path has been recorded in variation record list by observing the clinical path managed medical records of the patients who underwent cataract intraocular lens implantations. Analyses were conducted on medical and nursing care-related variation, patient-related variation and sys- tem-related variation as well. Discussions were held on the variations of the clinical path management after the implantations and how to continuously improve the management in order to provide an evidence for the scientific management of the clinical path.
