摘要
公立医院改革是医药卫生体制改革的重要工作之一。在实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的医药卫生体制改革奋斗目标的指引下,如何建立科学的医院激励约束机制,实现医院内涵式发展道路,是目前医院管理者亟待解决的课题。结合委托代理理论,在分析医院内部的委托代理关系及委托代理问题的基础上,构建了医院内部约束与激励机制框架。
Public hospital reform is one of the health system reform priorities. Under the guidance of realizing the goal that everyone is entitled to basic health services, how to establish a scientific incentive and restrictive mechanism to achieve the goal that the hospital takes the connotative development road, is the problem that the hospital administrators must resolve immediately. Combined with the entrusted agency theory, based on analyzing the hospital internal entrusted agency relationship and entrusted agency problem, the article constructed the framework of the hospital internal incentive and restrictive mechanism.
