摘要
文章概述了事故环境风险常用的评价方法,指出风险评价必须解决的关键技术问题;介绍了目前概率风险评价方法的研究现状,给出另一种计算风险值的表达式;结合实例运用概率风险评价方法对氯气泄漏的风险性进行评价,给出泄漏事故发生后不同天气条件下的后果,并求得最大风险值。
The paper summarizes the common methods of environmental risk assessment (ERA) and points out the key technical problems that must be solved for the assessment. The status quo of the research on the method of risk probability assessment is illustrated and another expression of calculating risk value is given. Some actual examples are presented,in which the method of risk probability assessment is applied to assessing the risk of the chlorine leakage accident. And the scope and degree of the impact under certain meteorological conditions have been predicted and the maximum risk value of the would-be chlorine leakage accident is also gained.
