摘要
新中国成立60年来,我国的体育法治已经成为我国体育改革发展与国家法治建设的基本内容和重要体现。我国体育法治建设从初创基础到逐步建设到纳入正轨,经历了不平凡的探索历程,实现了重大的历史进步,取得了可喜的发展成就,并在实践中积累了丰富的经验。同时,也还存在一些亟待解决的发展中问题。面对迈向体育强国所带来的各种新的机遇和挑战,应更进一步坚持依法治体,努力开创我国法治体育的新局面。
From the foundation of P. R. China, the sport legality becomes the basic content and important expression of sport reform development and national legality construction in China. The sport legality experienced an unordinary exploration routine from the initiation to formal way, realized significant progressive, and collected redundant experience in the practice. We should find the problems in the development process and resolve them emergently. When we face the new opportunity and challenge in the process of strong sport nation, we should keep the management of sport according to the laws, and promote the new future in sport legality in China.
