摘要
多年来,航空航天器材上天前的地面试验设备均以人工操作为主,效率低、精度差,温度可能超调而损坏设备。本文设计了一个基于PLC的数据采集系统,用来对真空仓系统中指定各个点的温度进行采集;通过RS232串行通讯方式将数据传给工控机;在温度控制方法上,采用模糊控制方法。
Up to the present, the operation of ground test on aerospace equipments before going up to outer space is manual work yet. It results in low-level efficiency, low precision and temperature over modulation leading to the damage to experiments. A data collection system based on PLC is designed to collect the temperature of each appointed point in vacuum room system. RS232 serial communication is used to transmit the data to the industrial computer. The fuzzy control is used to control temperature.
