摘要
介绍了屈服强度700 MPa级Ti微合金化高强钢ZJ700MC的成分设计、冶炼、连铸连轧工艺和力学性能,分析认为,铁素体晶粒细化和TiC沉淀强化使钢的强度显著提高,同时保持良好的韧塑性。该钢已实现工业化批量生产,并应用于集装箱及专用车辆制造。
High strength steel ZJ700MC with yield strength grade of 700 MPa was successfully developed by using Zhujiang Steel. The composition design, smelting process, continuous casting and rolling process of the steel, as well as the mechanical properties of the hot-rolled product are introduced in the paper. An analysis to the strengthening mechanism of the high strength steel shows that the enhanced strength and toughness of the steel were caused by the refinement of ferrite grain and the precipitation strengthening of TiC. At present, ZJ700MC have been produced in commerical scale and applied to manufacture containers, special vehicle, etc.
