摘要
介绍了以磷酸盐、钴盐等组成的镀锡板无铬钝化液配方及工艺,并且采用该配方及工艺在实验室进行了镀锡板无铬钝化试验,对钝化后的镀锡板进行了耐蚀性、涂层附着力、锡层的抗氧化性能、抗硫化变黑性能以及焊接性能等试验。试验结果证明,上述各项性能均达到或接近铬酸盐钝化的镀锡板。但钝化后的镀锡板表面光泽比铬酸盐钝化的镀锡板稍差。
A passivating agent, which is composed of phosphate and cobalt salt without chromium on tin plate is introduced in this paper. The technology and mixture ratio of the passivating agent were studied in the lab. The corrosion resistance, adhesive force, resistance to oxidation, resistance to sulfuration and welding performance of the passivated tin plates were tested. The results show that the performance of passivated tin plates without chromium is nearly the same to those passivated tin plates with chromium, except for a little inferior surface gloss.
