摘要
表面处理是铝型材生产过程的一道重要工序,铝型材厂表面脱脂、碱蚀、酸洗、氧化等过程会产生大量的废液,废液絮凝沉淀后过滤,所剩下的滤饼即是固体铝厂污泥。通过不同的煅烧温度来研究污泥的晶相结构和晶型转变过程,并用XRD衍射和SEM扫描电镜观察,从中确定污泥转变为α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3的最佳条件和最高得率的条件,为污泥的合理处理和应用奠定基础。通过分析实验结果,铝厂污泥作为氧化铝的原料来源还是非常有利用价值的。
Surface treatment is an important process of aluminum molding production, the aluminum molding factory surface degreasing, the base of corrosion, pickling oxidation process will generate a lot of liquid waste, after waste liquid flocculent precipitate, filters as the cake which is left is the solid aluminum manufacturer sludge. This article uses different calcination temperature to study the crystalline structure and crystal transformation process,through XRD and SEM to make sure that the transforming of the sludge from α-Al2O3 into γ-Al2O3 the best conditions and the highest rate in the conditions for sludge treatment and application of the rational lay the foundation. By analyzing the results, the alumina plant sludge as a source of raw materials to produce Al2O3 is very valuable.
