摘要
运用Pro/TOOLKIT开发包设计了一种动态碰撞检测方法。首先简介碰撞检测并分析Pro/E在虚拟装配方面的不足,在此基础上进行二次开发;其次对虚拟模型移动路径的推进过程进行优化,并编写一种寄生式的动态碰撞检测程序;最后通过实例进行模型的动态碰撞检测。该动态碰撞检测技术不仅能较好地满足虚拟装配的可行性要求,且提高了模型的装配效率,为实现虚拟装配提供了一定的技术基础。
In this paper,a method of dynamic collision detection is designed by using Pro/TOOLKIT. Firstly, collision detection is briefly introduced,and then the insufficiency of Pro/E in the aspect of virtual assemble is analyzed,after that the further development is carried out on the basis of the analysis. Secondly, the boosting process of the moving path in virtual model is optimized,and a parasitic-type procedure of dynamic collision detection is written. Finally,dynamic collision detection of model was carried out by an instance. The results show that this technology can not only satisfy the feasibility requirements of virtual assemble, but also enhance the efficiency of model assemble, and provides the technique foundation for virtual assemble.
