摘要
级联型多电平逆变器因具有IGBT开关次数少、输出电压谐波含量小以及输入功率因数高等优点,在高压变频调速领域得到了广泛应用。比较了该逆变器的两种极性调制方法,设计了一种变频器驱动保护电路,并搭建了基于TMS320C2808型DSP和FPGA的实验平台,通过电机加载的启动运行,证明了该变频器的可靠性和稳定性。
Cascaded multilevel converter is widely used in the field of high-voltage frequency conversion and speed control because of its advantages of low switching frequency of IGBT,reduced harmonic content of the output voltage waveform and high input power factor.Comparing the two polarity modulation methods of this multilevel inverter,a type of driven and protection circuit of the inverter is introduced, and experimental platform is built using the digital signal pro- cessor of TMS320C2808 and FPGA.According to the starting of the motor with load,the reliability and stability of the converter are proved.
