摘要
采用氩弧焊方法焊接了AZ31B镁合金,利用金相显微镜、电子探针、XRD扫描电镜、硬度仪分别研究了焊接接头的微观组织、断口形貌及硬度变化。结果表明,用氩弧焊方法焊接AZ31B镁合金可获得较窄的焊接热影响区,焊缝成形较好,并得到细小的等轴晶,但靠近上表面存在大晶粒;镁的蒸发导致焊缝金属中铝含量升高,而锌含量基本不变。断口表现为解理断裂,并存在少量的气孔和裂纹。
The TIG welding process was successful used to weld AZ31B magnesium alloy in this paper.The microstructure ,fratography and hardness ware investigated by optical microscope,Electron probe,XRD,SEM and hardometer respectly.The results show that the HAZ of TIG welding of AZ31B magnesium alloy was narrow;the shape of welded seam was much better and the fine isometric crystal was formed in welding seam,however,a few big grains appeared on the surface of welding.Content of aluminum in the welding metal increased which due to the evaporating of magnesium,the content of zinc is not change.Cleavages fracture was discovered in the fracture.Few pore and crack were found in cleavages fracture.
