摘要
小额信贷在国际上不乏成功的模式与经验。中国的小额信贷开展十余年来,主要的问题是小额信贷发展缓慢。是什么原因阻碍了中国小额信贷的发展?国外的成功经验对中国发展小额信贷有什么启示?文章的分析正是沿着这样的思路展开的。
There are lots of foreign successful models and experiences on micro - credit, The main problem in China＇s small amount loans is the slow development. What hinders its development？ What can we learn from foreign experiences？ This paper carries out the analysis based on these questions.
