摘要
文章介绍了耐高温铝锌金属压铸脱模剂的研制，通过对主润滑材料、基础油、乳化剂的筛选，乳化制得脱模剂。试验结果表明，该脱模剂具有良好的润滑性和脱模效果，可替代进口同类产品使用。该脱模剂的售价为进日同类产品的30％-50％。
The paper introduced the development of heat-resistant mould releasing agent for auminium zinc diecasting. By screening the main lubricating materials, base oil and emulsifier, and emulsifying to be mould releasing agent. It possessed good lubricity and excellent mould releasing effect and can be used as taking the place of the imports in practice.
