摘要
随着我国建设学习型社会的推进,社区教育工作日趋丰富化、专业化和规范化。然而,当前的社区教育工作者在数量、能力、知识结构等方面都难以应对社区教育发展的这一热潮。本文以上海社区教育为例,分析了社区教育工作者的现状,提出将工作队伍职业化专业化的对策,并从队伍的制度化、培训的规范化、课程的多元化和强化自我发展意识四个方面就如何走职业化专业化之路提出了一些可供参考的建议。
With the development of learning society, the work of community education is inereasingly enriched, specialized and standardized. Current community educators, however, are not incapable with the development of community education in quantity, ability and knowledge structure, etc Taking Shanghai as an example, the paper analyzes community educatiors' present situation, puts forward sohions to community educatiors' professionalization and specialization, and proposes some suggestions from the aspect of staff institu- tionalization, training standardization, curriculum diversity and self-development consciousness strengthening.
