摘要 水培试验研究表明,钙明显增加大豆(矮脚早)器官干重,在0.2μmol·L-1Ca水平下,大豆不能形成种子。低钙(0.4~0.6μmol·L-1Ca)水平下,大豆叶部钙浓度高于根、茎、荚皮及种子;2.0与10.0μmol·L-1Ca高钙处理,根部钙浓度最高,种子中最低。种子中钙含量与介质钙水平正相关。全株钙吸收量亦有相似趋势,一般低钙处理全株总钙量明显低于高钙处理。钙利用效率、经济效率及收获指数均与介质中钙水平呈负相关。大豆吸收的锰与钙有拮抗关系。 A nutrient solution culture experiment was conducted to study the calcium nutrition of soybean (Aijiaozao). The results showed that Ca application could markedly increase the dry matter weight of organs of soybean plant. Soybean seed could not be obtained under Ca level of 0.2 μmol/L. Ca content in various organs was ranged leaf>root>stem>pod shell>seed under Ca level of 0.4~0.6 μmolg/L, while that was root>leaf>stem>pod shell>seed under Ca level of 2.0 and 10.0 μmol/L. There was a positive relation between Ca content in seed and Ca application. Ca absorption amount in whole plant in low Ca level was significantly low compared with in high Ca treatment. Ca utilization efficiency, economic Ca efficiency rate and Ca harvest index had a negative relation with Ca levels. Ca application generally restrained Mn absorption.
