摘要
测定了20个不同甘蔗品种在不同程度的水分胁迫及旱后复水条件下的叶片水分饱和亏、叶绿素含量和丙二醛含量,先通过单一生理指标初步判定甘蔗的抗旱性,并给出分数,然后统计总分,最终判定甘蔗的抗旱性,通过此方法判定的不同甘蔗品种抗旱性结果具有一定的可靠性。
In different water stress and water recovery condition, the change of leaf water saturation deficit (WSD), content of chlorophyll or malondialdehyde (MDA) was used to estimate drought-resistance of sugarcane variety respectively, meanwhile, the grade was given. Drought-resistance of sugarcane was judged by the general grade, the result was reliable.
