摘要
通过对北医三院医生使用门诊医生工作站满意度调查,采用定性及定量方法对研究的测量工具做效度及信度评价;并通过因子分析提取因子调整量表的结构效度,构建医院信息系统使用者满意度量表,形成一套科学的信息系统满意度指标体系,为医院信息化评价提供科学、有效的管理标准。
This paper investigate the satisfaction surveys of outpatient doctors in the third hospital of Peking University. This study combined the research measurement of qualitative and quantitative methods, examine the validity, reliability and applicability of the index system, and use principal component analysis to validate the factors adjusting the structure of scale effect degrees, to build the hospital information system user satisfaction scale. The scientific information systems satisfaction index system is reliable and valid. It provide scientific and effective management standards for hospitals information evaluation.
