摘要
采用PCR-SSCP技术检测雌激素受体(ESR)基因外显子4在黄淮山羊和波尔山羊中的多态性,并对其单核苷酸序列进行克隆测序分析。结果表明:ESR基因外显子4在两品种山羊中均不存在多态性;克隆获得的山羊ESR基因外显子4的片段长度为232bp,两品种山羊间的同源性98%,提示其在山羊中具保守性。
The polymorphism of exon 4 of estrogen receptor （ESR） gene in Huanghuai goats and Boer goats were detected by PCR-SSCP method and its single nucleotide sequence were cloned and analysised also. The result showed： The polymorphism of exon 4 of ESR gene in the selected goats were not found in this experiment,the length of cloned single nucleotide sequence was 232bp, the homology between the two breeds were 98%, This illustrates that the exon 4 of ESR gene in goats may be conservative.
