摘要
研究目的:哈大客运专线工程项目位于我国东北三省境内,气候条件十分恶劣。在我国甚至在世界范围内,也尚无在如此严寒地区修建无砟轨道的先例。为此,需通过对严寒地区客运专线CRTS I型板式无砟轨道板的生产进行试验研究,解决严寒地区条件下轨道板的耐久性及抗冻性,并形成生产工艺。研究结论:在我国相关行业标准以及客运专线无砟轨道混凝土材料再创新科研成果的基础上,对严寒地区无砟轨道板用钢材、混凝土等原材料经研究提出了技术要求,并优化了预应力混凝土轨道板中预应力体系,形成权限的施工工艺。此技术在严寒地区的成功运用,为今后严寒地区无砟轨道板的生产奠定了坚实的技术基础。
Research purposes: Harbib - Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line passes through three provinces of the northeast China with very cold weather. Up to now, there is no ballastless track in such cold area at home and abroad, so it is necessary to do the experimental research on the manufacture of CRTS I ballastless slab of passenger dedicated line in cold area to make the durability and frost resistance of the slab meeting the requirement of cold weather and to form the manufacturing technique. Research conclusions: Based on the relative standards and the innovation achievements of the concrete materials for the ballastlees track of passenger dedicated line, the technical specifications are offered for the materials for slab used in the cold area, such as steel and concrete, and the prestress system of prestressed concrete slab is optimized as well as the authority manufacturing technique is formed. The successful application of this technique in cold area provides the perfect foundation for manufacture of the slab used in cold area.
