摘要
通过分析国家园林城市遥感测试的实际情况,探讨现存的城市绿地基本指标在绿地分类标准、统计口径和计算方法等方面存在的问题,对如何统一、完善城市绿地指标统计方法,增加公共(园)绿地占绿地比重,公共(园)绿地覆盖居住用地百分比和城市绿化覆盖面积结构指标等反映城市绿地结构、布局和功能的辅助性指标,充实国家园林城市遥感测试内容,提出意见和建议,最后结合遥感技术在城市绿地规划、建设和管理中的应用,对未来城市园林绿化综合评价指标体系的设置进行展望。
Based on practical remote sensing evaluation of Garden City, problems of existing urban green space index on classification standard and evaluation method were discussed, and suggestions were proposed to unify and perfect the urban green space index evaluation method, to add the accessorial indexes which can show the composition, configuration and function of urban green space, and to enrich the urban green space index of Garden City. Finally the future comprehensive evaluation index system of urban afforesting and greening was prospected, combining with remote sensing technology applied in urban green space planning, construction and administration.
