摘要
运用机电一体化技术,进行了数控机床的双丝杠驱动的设计,分析了同步带轮传动和多楔带轮传动的设计。提出了双丝杠驱动的间隙补偿方法,在重型数控机床上有实际应用价值。
It has been designed by mechatronics technology that CNC machine was drived double ballscrews, design of drived synchronous pulley and drived V-ribbed pulley are analyzed.Find out way of gap compensation of drived double ballscrews , it has worth of practical application in heavy CNC machine.
