MSCT常规腹部多期增强去骨血管成像技术的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的利用编辑减影去骨技术对MSCT常规腹部多期增强扫描数据进行快速血管成像,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选择临床怀疑非血管性病变而接受常规腹部多期增强扫描的患者123例,进行减影去骨快速血管成像,并与常规轴位像比较,部分患者同时与DSA结果进行对照。结果与常规增强轴位图相比:去骨MSCTA技术发现动脉瘤27例,狭窄与细小血管55支,变异血管37支;门静脉栓塞12例(常规轴位图诊断出11例)、动静脉瘘6例(常规轴位图诊断出5例)、静脉曲张12例(常规轴位图诊断出8例);另有27例可清晰显示肿瘤供血血管,与DSA比较,去骨MSCTA对上述病变及肿瘤供血血管总检出率达94.59%。结论利用MSCT常规腹部多期增强扫描数据,进行编辑去骨血管成像能快速清晰显示腹部血管,为血管病变提供更多有价值的信息,值得临床推广。 Objective To assess the clinical value of edited bone-subtraction in abdomen MSCT angiography(MSCTA).Methods A total of 123 patients with clinically suspected non-vascular diseases underwent routine MSCT enhancement scan,and the images were edited with bone-subtraction imaging technique.Conventional axial images and DSA images were adopted to assess the post-process effect.Results Compared to the routine enhancement scanning,27 patients with aneurysm were diagnosed with bone-subtraction technique,and 55 narrow and minute blood vessels and 37 variation vessels were found.Twelve patients with portal vein thrombus were diagnosed with bone-subtraction MSCTA and 11 diagnosed with routine enhancement scanning.Six with arteriovenous fistula were found with bone-subtraction MSCTA and 5 diagnosed with routine enhancement scanning.Twelve patients with varicose vein were detected with bone-subtraction MSCTA and 8 were diagnosed with routine enhancement scanning.Tumor blood-supply vessels were clearly displayed in 27 patients and contrast to the DSA,and the detection rate of bone-subtraction MSCTA was 94.59%.Conclusion With routine enhancement MSCT scan data of abdomen,bone-subtraction edited angiography can display the abdominal vessels quickly and clearly,and supply valuable information for the diagnosis of the diseases.
