摘要
目的:建立具有良好可行性及可重复性的兔双侧下颌牵张成骨模型,为下颌骨牵引成骨的深入研究奠定基础。方法:选用20只成年新西兰大白兔,随机分为5组,每组4只,在下颌体近下颌角处全层截断下颌骨,用兔下颌骨专用牵引器固定,经过3天潜伏期,以0.8mm/d速度牵引,连续10天。分别在潜伏期末、牵张结束、固定期第2周、第4周、第8周行X线、3dCT检查后处死动物,切取标本和组织学观察。结果:实验动物全部耐受实验,除一例伤口感染外无其他并发症。牵引装置足够稳定,产生并维持了所需的牵张距离。全部动物的下颌骨被成功延长,牵引间隙逐渐被新生骨组织充填。结论:以兔下颌骨建立牵引成骨模型经济,有良好的可行性和可重复性。
Objective: To estabilsh animal model of bilateral mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits for further clinical distraction osteogenesis study. Methods: Twenty white New Zealand rabbits were divided into 5 groups randomly. Osteotomy was performed on mandible bilaterally anterior to the first premolar. The mandibular segments were repositioned and fixed with special distractors for rabbits. After 3 days of latent period, the distraction started at a rate of 0.8mm/d for 10 days , then the distractors were hold in place. AT the end of latent period, at the completion of distraction,and at the second, fourth, and eighth week of the consolidation, four rabbits were killed after X-ray and three dimension computer reconstruction examination were taken. All specimens of the distracted area were taken for histology examination. Results: All rabbits tolerated the experiment without complications except for one wound infected. The distractors were stable enough to produce and sustain the distance needed. All mandibles were lengthened successfully. Radiological findings and histological examinations showed that bone formed gradually following distraction. Conclusion: As experimental models of mandibular distraction osteogenesis, this method is economical and has good feasibility and repeatability.
