摘要 激光快速成型技术中,截面轮廓数据的计算和处理是高效分层算法的关键环节。在分析基于有向加权图分层算法的基础上,提出了一种改进的快速自适应分层算法,即去掉原算法中耗时的建立有向加权图的过程,在保证轮廓精度的同时,删除冗余的结点数据,根据处理后的结点数据,直接计算满足最小台阶误差下一层的分层厚度,使得分层厚度随轮廓数据的改变成为可变的。实验数据表明,改进后的算法提高了轮廓数据处理的效率,较好的满足了激光快速成型制造技术对成型精度和实时性要求。 In the laser rapid prototyping technique,section contour data calculation and treatment are the key problems in highly effective layered algorithm. Based on the analysis of direct graph with weight layered algorithm,a modified adaptive layered algorithm is proposed. The time-consuming process is deleted which is to build direct graph with weight in the original algorithm,and the generated node redundant data is treated. According to the treated present layer contour node data, the next thickness of layers is calculated which can meet the most lest step error directly,the layer's thickness is variable with the change of contour data, The experimental data shows that improved algorithm can raise the contour data processing's efficiency,the precision and real-time performance requirements are realized in laser rapid prototyping manufacture technique' s molding.
