摘要
本文以12个辣椒品种为试验材料,采用不同浓度的分离胶进行POD同工酶电泳,并通过同工酶图谱分析对12个辣椒品种进行亲缘关系的鉴定。试验结果表明,POD同工酶以8%的分离胶分离效果最好;12个辣椒材料遗传距离在㈣.51范围内,当遗传距离为0.36时,可以将其分为三类;当遗传距离为0.16时,可以将其分为六类。
12 hot pepper varieties were chosen as experimental materials and several different separation gel concentration was used in POD isozymes electrophoresis. The genetic relationship of these 12 pepper varieties was identified by analyzing the isoenzyme patterns. Results indicated that 8% of separation gel has a better separation effect. Genetic distance of the 12 varieties ranged from 0 to 0.51. They could be divided into 3 groups with genetic distance of 0.36, and six groups with genetic distance of 0.16.
