摘要
以正丁醛、甲醛和液碱为主要原料,经羟醛缩合、Cannizzaro歧化反应制备三羟甲基丙烷。反应转化率大于92%。反应液采用溶剂法除盐——高真空蒸馏——溶剂萃取——重结晶工艺处理,所得三羟甲基丙烷产品总收率大于75%。
Trimethylolpropane(TMP) was synthesized from n- butyraldehyde, an aqueous solution of formaldehyde and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide through aldol condensation reaction and Cannizzaro reaction. The conversion rate of TMP ≥ 92%. The products were isolated from the crude reaction solution of TMP by solvent extraction process desalination, high vacuum distillation , extraction and recrystallization. The total yield of TMP≥75% .
