摘要
根据径向波导的主模特性,提出了一种基于径向波导的空间功率合成系统和它的简化模型.利用HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator)软件,开发出了16路宽带空间功率合成电路和159W X波段放大器模块.结果发现,无源合成网络在整个X波段合成效率都优于88%,放大器模块在其工作频率内(11.9GHz^12.3GHz),合成效率优于83%.
A broad-band spatial power-combining system and its simplification model based on main mode characteristic in radial waveguide was presented.The results show the passive combining system has a minimum combining efficiency of 88 percent from 9GHz to 14GHz,and the active one with 16 MMICs has an average combining efficiency of 83% and produces up to 159-W output power within the band of interest(11.9GHz~12.3GHz).
