摘要
本文根据企业对轧辊轴承座拆装机的实际功能需求,在设计拆装机的同时对其液压控制系统进行了设计与研究,选取了较好的调速和压力控制方案,在满足企业功能要求的前提条件下,使拆装机的控制系统更优化,大大降低了工人的劳动强度和生产成本,提高了企业在同行业产品中的竞争能力。
This paper designed and researched the hydraulic control system of Roll-chock putting in and out machine at the same time desiged the modeling which was based on the requirements of the Enterprise. This hydraulic control system selected for better speed and pressure control program. It greatly reduced labor intensity and production costs and enhance enterprise product's competitiveness in the same industry because the machine's R&D.
