摘要
采用溶液培养试验,研究了几种寡糖类物质对菜心根系形态及生理特性的影响。结果表明,海藻酸钠及其寡糖促根系生长效果显著,10-50mg/L水平处理根长、根尖数、根体积、根鲜重均显著增加,海藻酸钠寡糖处理根系总吸收面积及根系活力也高于未施寡糖处理,海藻酸钠10-20mg/L处理的总吸收面积和50~100mg/L处理的根系还原力也有所增加;寡聚半乳糖醛酸10mg/L处理对菜心根系生长有一定的促进作用,高浓度处理表现为抑制作用,对其生理特性的影响相对较小;壳寡糖10-200mg/L处理对菜心根系形态及生理特性均表现为明显的抑制作用,且随施用浓度增加抑制作用增强。
A hydroponic trial was carried out to investigate the effects of several oligosaccharides on the morphology and physiology of Brassica chinensis root. The results showed that the root length,root tips, root volume and root fresh weight increased significantly after sodium alginate and its oligosaccharide of 10-50 mg/L were added to nutrient solution,and the root absorption area and root activity with the treatment of sodium alginate oligosaccharides were also increased. Moreover, 10-20 mg/L sodium alginate increased the root length and 50-100 mg/L sodium alginate enhanced the root reducing capacity indicating sodium alginate could promote root growth significantly. 10 mg/L oligoglacturonide had no significant effects on the root growth of Brassica chinensis, but they inhibited the root growth in high concentration,with no significant effects on the root physical characteristics. 10-200 mg/L chitooligo- saecharides added to nutrient solution inhibited the root growth and root physiology activity of Brassica chinensis, and the inhibition was strengthened with the increase in its application concentrations.
