摘要
高校"毕业后"就业指导是指高校从宏观指导着眼,采用多种灵活形式,对毕业生就业和职业发展进行跟踪、分析、反馈、评估、服务、培训的就业指导体系。在高等教育大众化背景下,高校开展"毕业后"就业指导具有时代必要性。高校"毕业后"就业指导应采取五项具体措施。
The College Career Guidance after Graduation refers to that colleges focus from the macroscopic guidance, use many kinds of flexible forms, carry on a career guidance system of tracking, analysis, feedback, assessment, service, and training for college graduates＇employment and career development. The College Career Guidance after Graduation is the need for time under the background of the higher education popularity. The College Career Guidance after Graduation should take five specific meas- ures.
