摘要
以子囊菌油脂酵母(Lipomyces tetrasporus)NRRL Y11562为出发菌株,经紫外诱变选育出1株高产油脂的优良酵母UV5菌株.对该菌种的发酵培养基和发酵条件进行优化,发现当以葡萄糖为碳源,硫酸铵为氮源,C/N为308,接种量为10%,初始pH为6.5,培养温度为28℃,培养96 h时,油脂产率最高,达9.09 g?L-1.用气相色谱法对发酵得到的油脂进行脂肪酸组成分析,结果显示该突变株产生的油脂主要由软脂酸(C16:0)、棕榈油酸(C16:1)、硬脂酸(C18:0)、油酸(C18:1)和亚油酸(C18:2n-1)组成,其脂肪酸组成与植物油近似.
The UV-induced mutant strain UV5, obtained by UV-induced mutagenesis of Lipornyces tetrasporus NRRL Y11562, showed the excellent capability of accumulating lipid.
