摘要
英语交替传译是随着专业建设需要以及经济社会发展需要而建立发展起来的一门新兴学科,有着旺盛的生命力和巨大的发展潜力。高校英语交替传译教学是培养交传口译译员的重要途径和主要阵地,同时也是专业发展层面扩大、发展层次深化的必然要求。本文主要就英语交替传译教学展开讨论。首先,本文阐明英语交替传译教学中存在的问题,即:教学模式的问题、教学方法的问题、教学评估的问题、教学设备的问题;接着分析了交传口译教学应该把握的三点原则:实践性原则、技能性原则、以及多样化原则;随后文章结合格式塔等相关理论有针对性地提出实用、易操作的教学建议,即:加强复述、朗读和背诵练习、建立"以提高口译技能为目的"的口译教学模式以及"以学生为中心"的情景教学模式、建立动静相宜的口译教学评估体系、建设新型语音教室等。
Endowed with considerable liveliness and prodigious potential, the teaching of English consecutive interpretation is a new discipline started up to cater to social needs and the need to develop the English major. And the teaching of English consecutive interpretation in colleges and universities undertakes the essential role of training qualified interpreters and meeting the need to further the breadth and depth of disciplinary development. It is concerning the teaching of English consecutive interpretation that the paper unfolds discussion. First, the paper points out several problems manifested primarily in the teaching mode, the teaching approach, the teaching assessment and the teaching equipment, preceded by which the paper goes on to analyse the principle of practice, the principle of skill proficiency and the principle of diversity that teaching of consecutive interpretation should all the time hold on to. Based on the above and the authors learning and teaching experience, the paper, founded on such theories as the Gestalt theory, concludes by highlighting the feasible and practicable teaching suggestions. Specifically, they are to reinforce the 3R exercises(Reading, Retelling and Reciting), to set up the teaching mode dedicated to raising the skill proficiency of consecutive interpretation and the situational teaching mode centered on students, to establish the system incorporating static and dynamic teaching assessment, and to build new language labs in conformity with practical teaching needs.
