湖北荆门市3岁以下婴幼儿血铅与4种元素水平的相关性调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨湖北省荆门市3岁以下婴幼儿高铅血症状况及血铅(Pb)水平与微量元素辞(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)和常量元素钙(Ca)之间的相互关系。方法随机抽取荆门市部分幼儿园正常体检儿童595名,采用QL2000微分电位溶出仪测量末梢血Pb,Zn,Fe,Ca,Cu的含量。结果①检测的婴幼儿中血Pb含量〉0.48μmol/L(100μg/L)者30名(占5.12oA),男性血Pb水平高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.089,P=0.037);②不同年龄段,血Pb、铁元素水平具有差异性,分别为(t=3.893,P〈0.001)和(Z=6.182,P=0.013);③高Pb组与低Pb组中血Zn,Fe,Ca,Cu水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);④多元线性回归分析显示血Pb水平与年龄、Cu水平呈正相关,与血Zn水平呈负相关。结论荆门市3岁以下婴幼儿高铅血症发生率较低,可能与其受环境污染较轻有关;不同性别间血Pb水平有差异;婴幼儿年龄、血Cu水平与Pb含量呈正相关,血Zn水平与之呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the current status of high level of blood lead among infants less than three-year-old in Jingmen City of Hubei Province, and explore the correlation between blood levels of trace element Zn ,Fe,Cu and Constant element of Ca. Methods Blood samples of 595 infants (less than three-year-old) ,randomly selected from kindergartens in Jingmen City were analyzed. Levels of Pb, Zn, Fe, Cu and Ca were measured with atomic absorption graphiteingle method. Results ①There were 30 infants (5.12 %) with lead poisoning (the blood lead level〉0. 48/μmol/L, 100 μg/L), the level in male was higher than female,the difference were statistically significant (Z= 2. 089,P: 0. 037). ②The blood level of Pb and Fe in separated age groups were different ,the difference were statistically significant (t= 3. 893 ,P〈0. 001) and (Z=6. 182,P=0. 013),respectively. ③The difference of blood level of Zn,Fe,Cu and Ca in both higher and lower blood lead group were negative. ④Linear regression analysis between Pb and other trace elements showed that Pb level negatively correlated to Zn levels and positive correlated to Cu level and age. Conclusion The incidence of raised blood level of lead is low in Jingmen City. High blood level of lead may result in lower blood levels of Zn and increase of blood Cu level.
