摘要
介绍了基于CAN总线的高压共轨柴油机ECU硬件在环仿真系统的软件设计。软件采用Visual C++和LabVIEW混合编程的方式,构建了发动机仿真模型和硬件在环仿真系统用户界面,实现了CAN总线通信和系统运行数据的处理与记录。在满足实时性要求的同时,本软件为发动机ECU控制策略、控制功能以及工作可靠性的测试和评估提供了一个良好的平台。
The software design of a hardware-in-loop simulation system (HILSS) for high pressure common-rail diesel engine electronic control unit (ECU) based on CAN bus was introduced. A diesel engine model and a user interface of HILSS were built up, and the CAN bus communication and system running data saving were accomplished in the software which was compiled by using Visual C++ and Labview. The software meets the demand of real-time and provides a good platform for testing the control strategy, control function and reliability of diesel engine ECU.
