摘要
为了研究并控制高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统共轨管内燃油压力波动,在系统仿真研究的基础上,设计了泵控制阀的高低压驱动电路、磁电式传感器的信号调理电路以及单片机系统,并在Keil-C环境下编写了单片机控制程序,搭建试验台架进行了基于单片机的轨压控制试验。试验结果表明:所设计的泵控制阀的驱动电路具有良好的控制性能和实用性能,实现了对轨压的实时、精确控制。
In order to research and control the fuel pressure fluctuation of the high pressure commonrail fuel injection system for a ship diesel engine, based on the system simulation, the high-low pressure drive circuit of pump control valve(PCV), the signal processing circuit of magnetoelectricity sensor and the single chip microcomputer (SCM) system were designed, the control code of SCM was compiled by using Keil-C language. The test bed was built up and the common-rail pressure control experiments were proceeded based on SCM. The result shows that the designed drive circuit of PCV has a good control performance and practicability, it can realize the real-time and precise control of the common-rail pressure.
