摘要
[目的]观察直肠癌患者肿瘤组织及外周血中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量变化,并探讨其临床意义.[方法]采用PGE2酶联免疫试剂盒分别测定50例直肠癌患者肿瘤组织、癌旁切缘组织及术前外周血中PGE2含量.[结果]直肠癌组织PGE2含量明显高于癌旁切缘组织,分别为(8.16±2.30),(1.58±0.19)ng/g;低分化直肠癌组织PGE2含量明显高于高中分化癌组织,分别为(8.98±2.24),(5.02±1.65)ng/g;外周血中PGE2含量与直肠癌组织PGE2含量呈正相关(r=0.872);肿瘤直径大于5cm与小于5cm的直肠癌患者外周血中PGE2含量间、低分化与高中分化间差异均有统计学意义.直肠癌组织及外周血中PGE2含量与患者年龄及性别无相关性,与肿瘤部位、浸润深度及临床病理分期亦无相关性.[结论]直肠癌患者肿瘤组织中PGE2含量增高,外周血PGE2含量亦随之增高,外周血PGE2水平与直肠癌组织释放的PGE2含量呈正比;测定外周血中PGE2含量可间接评估直肠癌患者的肿瘤大小与分化程度.
OBJECTIVE To study the content changes and its clinical significance of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels in peripheral blood and tumor tissue in the patient with rectal cancer. METHODS The contents of PGE2 in tumor tissue, tumor margins of excision and preoperative peripheral blood of 50 patients with rectal cancer were measured by a kit of PGE2 ELISA. RESULTS The contents of PGE2 were significantly higher in the tissues of rectal cancer than in tumor margins of excision ((8. 16 ± 2.30), (1.58±0.19)ng/g, repectively) and in poorly differentiated rectal cancer tissues than in middle and high differentiated rectal cancer tissues ((8.98± 2.24), (5.02 ± 1.65) ng/g, respectively). The content of PGE2 between peripheral blood and rectal cancer tissues was positive correlation (r=0. 872). The content of PGE2 in peripheral blood of patients with rectal cancer between the diameter greater than 5 cm and less than 5 cm, and poorly and middle-high differentiation had statistically significant. There was no significant correlation between different ages, sexes, site of tumor, depth of invasion and pathologic type. CONCLUSION The content of PGE2 in rectal cancer tissues increases followed up increasing of PGE2 in peripheral blood as well, and the level of PGE2 in peripheral blood and the content of PGE2released from rectal cancer tissues are as direct proportion, and the level of PGE2 in peripheral blood may be used to evaluate the size and differentiation of rectal cancer.
