摘要
本文拟利用新近解密的美国政府档案,充分借鉴国内外相关研究成果,揭示美国中央情报局建立的经过,并以重大国际事件或美国对冷战形势的新认识、总统和中央情报局局长的个人经历和偏好以及舆论界和国会的监督为主线勾勒该机构职能的演变过程,以加深对冷战期间美国中央对外情报体制的理解。
This paper plans to use archives of U.S. government declassified recently and the relative fruits of research, describe the establishment process of CIA. In addition, it tries to reveal the evolution of CIA＇s function from the angles of major international events or U.S. reviews of cold war situa- tion, the personal experience and particularity of presidents and Director of the Central Intelligence, and supervision of media and congress. This will help to deepen our understanding of U.S. central foreign intelligence establishment during the cold war.
