摘要
网络技术的出现已经而且将会对外语学习产生深远的影响。这主要是因为因特网提供了一个更符合认知主义学习观，以学生为中心的有意义的学习环境。网络环境下的教学资源的开放性、全球性和互融性对《英汉口译》教学有很大的影响，在认知教学理论的指导下，网络资源的充分利用将改变传统的《英汉口译》教学教师“录音按键”的传统模式，使得教学内容、方法、模式等诸方面更加开放，建立起全新的教学模式，有利于学生口译能力的培养。
The Internet is having and will have the most astounding impact on foreign language learning. This is so because the Internet offers the possibility of a more cognitivist and student-centerd learning environment. The teaching materil on computer network has great influence on foreign language teaching. On the basis of the cognitive teaching the- ory, the application of teaching material on computer network will change the traditional teaching model of Chinese-Eng- lish Interpretation and make teaching material, method and model more open. The establishment of a new teaching model will make the students more active in learning and improve their interpreting.
