摘要
建立科学、客观的评价指标体系是开展评价工作的重要环节,遵循评价指标体系构建原则,探索从毕业生、用人单位、高校和毕业生主管部门等层面考察设计高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,以全面反映毕业生就业主要过程和主要层面的实际情况,为毕业生、用人单位和就业管理部门决策提供定量化参考。
To build a reasonable and objective system of evaluating indicator is a key stage in the area of evaluation. Research in the essay plan to use the above rule to analyze and design the graduates＇ position quality evaluating indicator in three aspects： the graduates, employers and graduates＇ work administrative department,with the purpose of reflecting the graduates＇ employment courses and all aspects＇ dialogues and giving the related departments some references.
