摘要
采用ANSYS软件对低碳钢平板的高频感应线状加热弯板成形过程进行热弹塑性有限元分析,利用相关数值结果定性分析材料模型、平板边界条件对成形热过程中最终面内收缩变形和角变形的影响,为船板成形自动化加工提供数据支持。
The thermal--elastic--plastic finite element analysis of the plate bending process was carried out for of the mild steel plate using high frequency induction heating apparatus in ANSYS. Numerical results were used to qualitatively analyze the influences on the temperature field, final shrinkage and angular distortion, which were caused by the changes of material and panel boundary condition. It can provide digital support for ship plates' automatic machining.
