摘要
首次报道从棒叶蕨藻中分离得到红色素，通过１Ｄ１ＨＮＭＲ、１３ＣＮＭＲ、２ＤＮＭＲ、ＩＲ和元素分析等方法确定其结构。将红色素醇解得褐色素。生物活性测定表明红色素和褐色素具有较强的植物生长作用及抗肿瘤、抗镇痛作用。
The orange red prisms,caulerpin(Ⅰ),have been isolated from the alga caulerpa sertularioides.Caulerpinic acid(Ⅱ) has been obtained by hydrolysis of (Ⅰ) Their structures were confirmed by spectral analysis.Both are effective plant growth regulators and have pain relieving effect.
