摘要
目的应用健康人新鲜全血溯源传递校准不同的血细胞分析仪,使不同的血细胞分析仪各参数之间具有可比性。方法用Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪作为参比检测系统,对健康人新鲜全血进行白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积和血小板定值,再用该血对Sysmex XS-1000i血细胞分析仪进行校准;并对两台血细胞分析仪进行校准前和校准后的比对分析。结果校准前比对显示Sysmex XS-1000i血细胞分析仪的白细胞结果相对于Sysmex XE-2100偏差超出允许范围;校准后比对显示Sysmex XS-1000i血细胞分析仪各参数的偏差均在允许范围内。结论采用健康人新鲜全血溯源传递校准后,提高了不同血细胞分析仪之间检测结果的一致性。该方法用于实验室内部不同血细胞分析仪的溯源传递是有效、可行的。
Objective To calibrate hematology analyzers with healthy fresh blood to make their parameters comparable and traceable.Methods Hematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100 was adopted as the reference system to measure fresh blood samples collected from healthy subjects.The detected results of white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT) and platelet(PLT) were used to calibrate hematology analyzer Sysmex XS-1000i,and comparison studies were performed between two analyzers before and after calibration. Results Before Sysmex XS-1000i was call-brated, the deviation arising in WBC counting displayed on Sysmex XS-1000i was beyond the limits; after it was calibrated, the deviations of all the parameters shown on Sysmex XS-1000i were within the limits. Conclusions Parameters of hematology analyzers calibrated with fresh blood are comparable and traceable.
