摘要
针对某型号风机叶片的形状特点设计出成形工序,并建立各工序坯料模型,基于逆向求解运算计算出初始坯料并进行了修正。通过数值模拟阐释了变形过程,其中没有发生破裂,但局部有起皱倾向并已排除到零件的无效区域。针对拉深后的工件的有效部位,随机选取112个点测量平均厚度保持在2.9~3.1mm,变化率始终控制在5%内。数值模拟板料产生的脱模回弹,通过补偿工件并最终映射修正模具型面,达到精确成形的目的。
According to the shape character of one fan blade, the forming steps was designed and the shape of related blank was modeled. Based on adverse solving, the original blank was computed and amended. From simulation results of drawing process, it can be seen that fractures don't appear and the wrinkle region is confined into useless area which needs to be cut off. As the measuring results of thickness at 112 points of drawing piece, the average values keep in 2.9-3.1 nun and the varying ratio keeps in 5%. For net shape processing, the mould surface got amending after the workpiece was compensated according to the simulation of unloading springback.
