摘要
对10组ЦИАМ的叶型数据进行分析,比较了原始ЦИАМ损失模型所预测的和实验所得的损失数据。在此基础上,从临界速度系数、尾迹损失、马赫数、二次流损失沿叶高分布等方面对ЦИAM模型进行了修正。通过对某四级涡轮S2正问题计算结果分析可知,修正后的损失模型预测叶型损失误差相对于实验结果从37.56%下降到了22.59%,而总损失的误差从38.31%下降到了30.95%,且其S2优化所得叶片沿叶高扭曲规律与基于原始模型的优化结果有较大差别,总体上说,大部分叶栅出口气流角的根部大顶部小趋势比原型更加强烈,但个别叶栅则呈现根部和顶部大而中间小的特点。
10 groups of ЦИAM cascades have been studied, comparison between results predicted by original ЦИAM loss model and experimental data has been done. On this basis, ЦИAM is revised from critical velocity coefficient, wake loss, Maeh number, secondary loss along blade height and some other aspects. After the revision, results of certain four stage turbine S2 computation show that the error percentage of predicted profile loss is reduced from 37.56% to 22.59% and the error percentage of predicted total loss is reduced from 38.31% to 30.95% relative to experimental value. The twist raw got from S2 optimization results with revised ЦИAM loss model are different from the optimization results with original loss model, generally, flow angles of most cascades are large in the bottom region and small in the top region, the trend is more pronounced than the trend before optimization, and a few cascades' flow angles are small in the middle region and large in the bottom and top region.
