Cubic C 3N 4 has been produced by pulsed laser inducing the reaction on ammonia solution graphite interface at the first time. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high resolution electron microscopy(HREM) are used to characterize the structure of the cubic C 3N 4. The TEM image of cubic C 3N 4 has been provided, and the graphite lattice, the theoretical cubic C 3N 4 lattice and the experimental lattice of the interplanar spacings have been compared with one another.
