摘要
本文依据企业资源观(RBV),建立"资源-能力"的关联效应模型,从电子商务流程传递作用的角度研究电子商务能力的产生过程。实证研究结合中国企业三类典型应用流程(电子采购、电子定购和客户关系管理),采用中国制造企业的实际运作数据,验证了模型的系列假设,系统阐述了IT资源与电子商务能力的关联作用过程,以及电子商务能力跨流程作用的结构与特征关系,揭示了电子商务能力产生的机理,为企业电子商务能力理论的研究提供了新途径。
The objective of this paper is to investigate and confirm the mechanism of e-business capabilities producing from the ebusiness process perspective. We propose a "Resources - Capabilities" relationship model which is composed of eleven variables. We study three traditional applications: e-purchasing, e-ordering and customer relationship management. From a survey of manufacturing enterprises with e-business, we use quantitative method to study how information system, IT human resources and partnership readiness produce e-business capabilities, as well as the e-business capabilities cross-process relationship. This research contributes to effective approach to studying the internal mechanism in e-business capabilities producing. It will also have an important contribution in offering guidance to the enterprises in China for practicing e-business.
